Property owners or authorized representatives can publish a property listing for ₹500 per listing. This includes photo gallery uploads, direct tenant lead generation, and visibility across S.M HOMES after admin verification.

2. Owner Contact Unlock — ₹500

Tenants seeking zero-brokerage rental homes pay ₹500 per property unlock. This grants direct phone number and WhatsApp contact access for that specific house visit. Each property requires an independent unlock.

3. Secure UPI & UTR Verification

All payments are processed securely via direct UPI QR code transfers (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm). Once you submit your UTR transaction reference, admin verifies and unlocks your feature instantly.
