To maintain platform transparency and quality, we charge a nominal fee (such as ₹500 for direct owner contact unlock or specific listing features). All payments processed through our gateway are non-refundable unless specified otherwise under wallet credit policies.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and property posting. Any fraudulent listings, misuse of contact details, or harassment of property owners/tenants will lead to immediate account termination without notice.
